A minimum of 3 hypnotherapy sessions is recommended for everyone with up to 10 sessions for more complex issues.
Each session is individually tailored to meet your needs, working with you to achieve your goals.
THE MIND DETOX programme offers 5 weekly one to one sessions for a deep mind cleanse and reset, teaching self help methods for ongoing meditation and clearing of mind clutter. The programme may be extended where underlying conditions require further treatment.
The first session lasts up to 1 ½ hours and costs £80.
Subsequent sessions last 1 hour and cost £60.
THE MIND DETOX is a 5 week programme at a cost of £295 for 5 x 1 hour sessions.

Your mind has an amazing ability to heal by many different means and incredible results are achieved through the use of metaphors and guided imagery without the need for spoken language.
YOU will be in control at all times. Hypnosis is a focusing of attention and you can easily return to your attention to your conscious surroundings at any stage. You will find that your attention drifts between the sound of the therapist’s voice to the thoughts within your mind. Your mind will decide what it wants to focus on and will only make changes that you want to make.
